Gymnastics will tumble into the spotlight 🤸♀️✨ as one of the 16 sports featured at the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games in Minnesota.
First introduced to the lineup of Special Olympics sports in 1972, gymnastics combines strength, agility, and grace, and has grown to include more than 2,500 athletes and Unified partners who train and compete each year. At the #2026USAGames, we anticipate around 40 athletes to compete in events like vault, uneven bars, and floor exercise.
Join us in cheering on these inspiring competitors as they take the stage at the Maturi Pavilion at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities next summer!
